Succulent prawn’s sautéed in olive oil with red
onions and garlic, diced tomatoes,
Feta cheese, Ouzo and whip cream.
Baked Portobello &
Crab
Portobello mushroom caps stuffed with crabmeat &
cheese.
 Hillcrest Chicken
Chicken supreme stuffed with prosciutto and
Gouda. Served with a Wild mushroom jus, alsatian
potato and seasonal roasted vegetables.
Ahi Tuna
Hot seared, peppercorn crusted, Ahi tuna served
with a
tomato basil ragout and creamy asiago cheese
risotto.
Pan Seared BC Salmon
Marinated filet of salmon with a cucumber, caper
and grape-tomato salsa.
Saffron risotto and seasonal roasted vegetables.
The relaxed setting in our mountain guide Lounge
makes for a great group gathering and an
enjoyable evening.
 Sitting
in the mountain guide lounge and relaxing by the
crackling fire with one of our specialty coffees
is surely a great way to relax after a long day.
Some of the main features in our mountain guide
lounge are the rustic rock fire place, historic
local and B.C. pictures; this coupled with our
friendly staff captures the essence of the time
honored tradition of mountain guiding.
